WageWorks Launches 24/7 Customer Support and Live Chat, Enhances Customer Experience

(CDBs), today announced the availability of 24/7 live agent support
for both phone and chat. These extended services enable clients and
participants on-demand access to benefits support through the
service channel they prefer.
Today’s always-on environment, combined with participants taking
more control over their physical and financial health, creates a
demand for effortless, accessible customer support. These
enhancements address customer feedback and mark WageWorks’ most
recent investment in its industry-leading culture of service and
innovation.
