Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

(b)  On July 13, 2019, Mark C. Jaksich, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, advised of his intent to retire from the Company.  Mr. Jaksich will continue in his current role until a successor has been named and will assist with the transition.  The Company is conducting a search for a new chief financial officer. The Company issued an internal release to all employees advising them of Mr. Jaksich’s decision and thanking him for his 35 years of dedication and value created for the Company and its shareholders.
