On January 27, 2020, voxeljet AG (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) has accepted the Company’s plan to regain compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing standards. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
