UBS Wealth Management USA announced today that three financial advisors, Susan Bailey, Jennifer Lucovich, and Jennifer Pope, in the Scottsdale office of the firm’s Pacific Desert Wealth Management Market have been named to the Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-In-State list for 2025.

Susan Marie Bailey is the lead financial advisor of Bailey Wealth Management at UBS, a dedicated team of advisors offering services that go beyond traditional portfolio investment management, with a focus on income planning, insurance protection, long-term care and generational wealth transfer. A strong proponent of financial education for women, Susan is also a passionate fitness advocate and has won several fitness competitions for women. Throughout her career, Susan has received multiple accolades in the financial industry, including being named to the Barron's Top 1,000 Financial Advisors list (2009-2010, 2012), the Barron's Top 1,200 Financial Advisors list (2014-2015), the Forbes America’s Top Women Wealth Advisors list (2018-2021), the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list (2018-2024) and the Forbes Best-in-State Women Wealth Advisors (2020-2025).

Jennifer Loson Lucovich is a Certified Financial PlannerTM who has been working at UBS in its Scottsdale office for almost five years. She began her career in New York after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Insurance from Northeastern University. Previously, she was employed by BMO Harris Financial Advisors and Morgan Stanley. As a Certified Financial Planner, Jennifer dedicates much of her practice to financial planning for women facing changing life events, such as divorce or loss of a spouse. She is a mother of two young boys and stays busy in her free time volunteering and attending school activities and sports events. This is the second time she has been named to the Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-In-State list.

Jennifer M. Pope has worked as a financial advisor at UBS for more than 20 years. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics from Albion College, she began her career with Nuveen Investments and then Prudential Securities before joining UBS in late 2003. This is the fifth time Jennifer has been recognized by Forbes. She previously has been recognized on the Forbes America’s Top Women Wealth Advisors list for 2020, the Forbes Best-in-State Women Wealth Advisors list for 2023-2024, and the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams list for 2024. Active in her community, Jennifer has volunteered with St. Mary's Foodbank, J. O. Combs Elementary School and Kal Cunningham Charity.
