UBS Delays Publication of 2Q Results Until Aug 31

UBS Group on Wednesday confirmed it will report its half-year
and second-quarter results later than originally planned.
The Swiss bank said it has pushed the publication of its
upcoming financial results to Aug. 31.
UBS had originally scheduled to release its results on July 25
but had warned that date could change "depending on the timing of
the closing of the anticipated acquisition of Credit Suisse."
A UBS spokesman, when approached by Dow Jones Newswires, said
there was "complexity to provide consolidated financials."
UBS said earlier this week that it expected to close its
takeover of peer Credit Suisse as early as June 12.
The bank still expects to publish its third-quarter result on
Oct. 24.
