UBS Taps Ex-UniCredit CEO Mustier as Possible New Chairman -Reuters

--UBS has shortlisted former UniCredit Chief Executive Jean
Pierre Mustier as a possible successor to Alex Weber, who is
finishing his term in 2022, Reuters reports, citing people familiar
with the matter.
--A source close to Mr. Mustier said he has no immediate plans
to leave his Pegasus Europe SPAC, however, and that he may face
investor criticism if he does so before Pegasus completes a merger,
Reuters said.
--Mr. Weber won't extend his mandate at UBS after it ends in
April, according to Reuters.
--UBS and representatives for Mr. Weber declined to comment to
Reuters.
