EXPLANATORY NOTE
On November 14, 2019, Tufin Software Technologies Ltd. (the “Company”, “Tufin” or “we”) issued a press release
entitled “Tufin Announces Third Quarter 2019 Results” announcing its financial results for the period ended September 30, 2019. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 herewith.
