In light of the rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Tyson Foods, Inc. is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K for the purpose of supplementing the risk factors disclosed in Item 1A. of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended September 28, 2019, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 12, 2019, to include the risk factor attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, which is incorporated herein by reference.
