AT&T Chief Financial Officer John Stephens to Retire in March

AT&T Inc. said finance chief John Stephens will retire in
March after about nine years in his position and 28 years at the
company.
Pascal Desroches, chief financial officer for AT&T's
WarnerMedia unit, will succeed Mr. Stephens, effective April 1. Mr.
Desroches will serve as AT&T's senior executive vice president
for finance during the transition period, AT&T said
Tuesday.
Mr. Desroches was the finance chief of Turner and global
controller at Time Warner Inc. He was also a partner at KPMG LLP
and a senior adviser to the chief accountant of the Securities and
Exchange Commission.
