Ms. Maggelet holds directly or indirectly approximately a 96% interest in the outstanding equity securities of FJ Management Inc. and serves on its Investment Committee, as well as an officer and director. Ms. Maggelet disclaims beneficial interest in the shares of common stock of Hyliion, Inc. held by FJ Management, Inc., except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.
