Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
|
On May 13, 2020, Safehold Inc. ("SAFE"
or "Company") held its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders virtually, for the purpose of (i) electing five directors
to hold office until the 2021 annual meeting of stockholders and (ii) ratifying the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as
the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2020. The final voting results
for each of the proposals submitted to a vote of stockholders at the annual meeting are set forth below.
