On June 24, 2019, Terence R. Rogers announced that he was resigning as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, to be effective at the end of August 2019. We thank Mr. Rogers for his dedicated service and we wish him well in his future endeavors.
On June 27, 2019, we issued a press release announcing Mr. Rogers’ resignation. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
