NatWest Group Appoints Lloyds' Jen Tippin as Chief Transformation Officer

NatWest Group--previously named Royal Bank of Scotland
Group--said Friday that it has appointed Jen Tippin as chief
transformation officer, a new role within the bank with the start
date yet to be decided.
The Scottish bank said the appointment of Ms. Tippin--who joins
from Lloyds Banking Group PLC where she has occupied several
executive roles--is subject to regulatory approval.
Ms. Tippin will take up the position later this year and will
also be a member of the bank's executive committee, the
London-listed lender added.
"Jen brings a wealth of experience in leading the kind of
customer journey transformation that will be central to the
successful delivery of our purpose-led strategy as we create a
better experience for our customers, with strong controls, at lower
cost," Chief Executive Alison Rose said.
Shares at 1331 GMT were down 1.05 pence, or 1.0%, at 105.40
pence.
