Ferrari Confirms AGM

Ferrari NV has confirmed its shareholder meeting scheduled for
April 16 in Amsterdam, but said executive directors will take part
via remote connection due to the coronavirus pandemic.
"Shareholders are expected not to attend the meeting in person,"
it said late Wednesday, adding that they can cast their vote online
or by proxy.
