On February 25, 2019, Quintana Energy Services Inc. (“QES” or the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing preliminary fourth quarter 2018 financial information. QES is hereby furnishing the Press Release, which is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
