today the promotion of Tracy G.
Purvis to Executive Vice President of Business Services
effective February 1. Business
Services is a shared service, providing support across Pyxus'
businesses and encompassing the Company's Information Services,
Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Development, Corporate
Communications and E-commerce functions.

solution-orientation mindset, strong management and interpersonal
skills, and extensive breadth of knowledge and experience across

Throughout her career, Purvis has led numerous technological
advancements including the development and implementation of the
Company's Growers Management System™ (GMS), an award-winning data
management mobile platform used across five continents. GMS
provides visibility into farmer information—from sustainability to
farm labor practices to crop management—used to develop and measure
operational practices supporting the production of quality
products, a sustainable supply source and raising awareness of
potential compliance issues.
Most recently, Purvis oversaw the newest development within
Pyxus' track-and-trace platform, SENTRI℠. Leveraging Pyxus' core
competencies in traceability and agronomy, the SENTRI consumer
experience provides visibility and transparency into product
information, such as the source of raw materials, as well as
independent test results on the product and its ingredients,
resulting in confidence-inspiring product integrity. The platform
combines multiple integrated technological solutions, including a
consumer-facing interface, all of which Purvis worked to implement
within the Company or manage over the course of her career.
