Explanation of Responses:
(1) Each share of Class B common stock, par value $0.00001 (Class B Common Stock) is convertible at any time at the option of the holder into one share of the Company's Class A common stock, par value $0.00001 (Class A Common Stock). Additionally, each share of Class B Common Stock will, subject to certain exceptions, convert automatically into one share of Class A Common Stock upon any transfer.
(2) Represents the conversion of 2,586 shares of Class B Common Stock into 2,586 shares of Class A Common Stock pursuant to a conversion election made by the Reporting Person to convert shares in connection with sales to be effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan.
(3) These securities consist of 2,586 shares of Class A Common Stock and an additional 80,129 previously reported Class A Restricted Stock Units (Class A RSUs). Each Class A RSU represents the Reporting Person's right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock, subject to vesting.
(4) The sales reported on this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan.
(5) The reported price in Column 4 is a weighted average sale price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $21.0000 to $21.0300 per share. Remarks:
This Form 4/A is being filed to amend the number of shares of Class B Common Stock converted into shares of Class A Common Stock and sold pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan to 2,586 from the previously reported 2,309 and to update related footnotes and entries in Tables I and II in order to correct an administrative error on the part of Reporting Person's broker. The Power of Attorney for Ms. Lily Yang is filed as an exhibit to the Form 3 filed by Ms. Yang with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 17, 2019, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
