Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On December 8, 2022, Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust announced that it had extended the maturity date of its first and second lien credit facilities to December 10, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
