PG&E Names Smith, Woolard as Directors, Expanding Board to 15

PG&E Corp. (PCG) on Tuesday said it named Bill Smith and
John Woolard as directors, expanding its board to 15 members from
13.
The utility said Mr. Woolard is chief executive of Meridian
Energy and a senior operating partner at Activate Capital, while
Mr. Smith is a retired president of technology operations at
AT&T Services Inc.
PG&E said the two also joined the board of its Pacific Gas
& Electric Co. unit.
