On June 16, 2020, Kathy Bonanno notified Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) of her intention to resign from her position as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, to pursue another opportunity. Ms. Bonanno agreed to stay on as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer until July 31, 2020.
