Yes but looking into it it doesn't look like that's the case. But they won't be delisted if anything they will move to the OTC market

Yes sec law suits with old management cooking the fins and oil wti volatility of course and higher long term debt holdings as well. completely new company much less debts with assets sales and CEO proven track record of turning companies around. Merges acquisition specialist. We're in good hands man.
