Glenmark, Novartis Partner to Distribute COPD Products in Brazil

Subsidiaries of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals (532296.BY) and
Novartis AG (NVS) will partner to distribute respiratory products
in Brazil, Glenmark said Monday.
The deal will see Glenmark's Brazilian subsidiary, Glenmark
Farmaceutica Ltda, exclusively commercialize Novartis's Seebri,
Onbrize and Ultibro in Brazil. The three products are used to treat
adults with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, or COPD.
Novartis will remain holder of the registration of these
medicines and will manufacture them, and Glenmark will be
responsible for promoting, commercializing and distributing the
products in Brazil.
