On May 7, 2020, Nesco Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. The press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
