Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
(c) On July 16, 2020, Neenah, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Kingsley Shannon to Senior Vice President - Segment President, Fine Paper & Packaging. In this role, Ms. Shannon will be responsible for the Company’s Fine Paper & Packaging business division, which includes commercial print, consumer products and premium packaging, as well as lead the Company’s Global Marketing Services Group. Ms. Shannon will report directly to Julie Schertell, Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Ms. Shannon, 45, has been employed by the Company since 2014 and has held various roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently she served as Vice President, Consumer Sales and Marketing & Global Marketing Services where Ms. Shannon led the Company’s Consumer Products Division and Global Marketing Services Group since 2017.
In connection with her appointment, Ms. Shannon will participate in the Company’s long-term equity compensation plan on an ongoing basis pursuant to the terms of the Company’s 2018 Omnibus Stock and Incentive Compensation Plan, all as determined by the Company’s Compensation Committee.
With respect to the disclosure required pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K, there are no transactions between the Company and Ms. Shannon that would be required to be reported.
