On February 24, 2020, Sunnova Energy International, Inc. (the "Company" or "Sunnova") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. In the press release, the Company also announced it would be holding a conference call on February 25, 2020 to discuss its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. The full text of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
