Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 19, 2021, NGL Energy Partners LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release which contains information regarding a non-cash impairment charge that the Partnership expects to recognize in the quarter ended December 31, 2020. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
