Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 10, 2020, NexTier Oilfield Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing results for the year ending December 31, 2019. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02.
On March 11, 2020, the Company will hold a conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET / 7:30 a.m. CT to discuss its fourth quarter 2019 financial and operating results.
