On April 25, 2019, NewMarket Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The proposals listed below were submitted to a vote of shareholders, and are described in the Company’s Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 13, 2019. On April 25, 2019 NewMarket Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release reporting that the Company’s Board of Directors had declared a dividend of $1.75 per share of the Company’s common stock, payable on July 1, 2019 to the Company’s shareholders of record as of June 17, 2019.
