On August 11, 2022, McEwen Mining Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release summarizing its second quarter 2022 financial and operating results and announcing the quarter-end conference call and webcast to discuss those results. The release also provides an update on the Company’s NYSE listing after the Company effected a 1-for-10 reverse split of its outstanding common stock on July 28, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
