ArcelorMittal (MT.FR) said Tuesday that it named Lucia Morselli as chief executive and chairwoman of the board for its Italian business ArcelorMittal Italia.

Mrs. Morselli's appointment is effective immediately and she will succeed Matthieu Jehl.

Mr. Jehl will take on other responsibilities in parent company ArcelorMittal, the steel maker said.
