(b) Douglas K. McClaine, Senior Vice President, Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of the Company has informed the Company of his intention to retire from his positions of Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of the Company on January 1, 2020. A press release with respect to Mr. McClaine’s retirement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
