McDonald's General Counsel Jerome Krulewitch Retires for Health Reasons

McDonald's Corp. on Thursday said Jerome Krulewitch has retired
as corporate executive vice president, general counsel and
secretary due to health reasons.
The Chicago-based fast-food giant said Mr. Krulewitch, who has
been corporate general counsel and secretary since 2017, has been
diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
McDonald's said Mahrukh Hussain, its U.S. general counsel, will
serve as interim general counsel and secretary while the company
conducts a search for a successor.
Mr. Krulewitch joined McDonald's in 2002 as vice president of
litigation.
