The Registrant is unable to file its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2017 within the prescribed time period because U.S. GAAP audited financial statements of the Registrant are not yet available.

Changes in the Company’s results of operations from 2016 to 2017 are reflected in the Company’s April 10, 2018 press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017. This press release was furnished to the Commission on the Company’s Current Report on Form 6-K on April 11, 2018. The Company expects that the results of operations reflected in the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2017 filed with the Form 20-F will be consistent with its results of operations set forth in the April 10, 2018 press release.
