LightInTheBox Announces Appointment of E&Y as its Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2019

LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE: LITB) (“LightInTheBox” or the “Company”), a global online retail company that delivers products directly to consumers around the world, today announced that effective as of November 20, 2019, the Company engaged Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP (“E&Y”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, to replace KPMG Huazhen LLP (“KPMG”). The change of the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm was approved by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.

There were no disagreements between the Company and KPMG on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure that directly or indirectly resulted in or is related to the termination.
