On December 3, 2018, Kadmon Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing
updated data from its ongoing Phase 2 clinical trial of KD025, its selective oral inhibitor of Rho-associated coiled-coil kinase 2 (ROCK2), in patients with previously treated chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD). The data were presented on Monday, December 3, 2018 in an oral presentation at the 60
th
American Society of Hematology (“ASH”) Annual Meeting in San Diego, CA.
