--Italian payment services group SIA said it has engaged JP Morgan as a financial adviser as it explores options, Reuters reported Thursday.

--Last month, SIA said it had started to prepare for a stock market listing, but didn't rule out alternatives, including a tie-up with another firm, the report said.
