Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 4, 2020, JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 27, 2020. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
