Intercorp Financial Services Inc. (IFS) shares recently traded at $46.97 after its U.S. initial public offering of 9 million shares priced at $46.

The Peru-based banking, insurance and wealth management company, which already traded on the Lima Stock Exchange, had expected the offer to price between $44 and $50.

The company's Interbank unit had about 3 million retail customers as of March 31.
