The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian Stock exchanges.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to our earlier disclosure dated January 15, 2020, we wish to inform you that IFFCO Kisan Finance Limited (Kisan Finance) has allotted equity shares to the new investor on March 19, 2020. Consequent to the said allotment, ICICI Bank’s shareholding in Kisan Finance has reduced from 9.9% to 7.4%.
