Condition.
On November 4, 2020, Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. issued a
press release announcing its financial results for the third
quarter ended September 30, 2020. The press release referred
to supplemental financial information for the quarter that is
available on the Company’s website at www.hosthotels.com. A copy of
the press release and the supplemental financial information are
furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this
Report.
