Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 30, 2021, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (“HPE”) issued a press release relating to segment results for its fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
HPE is also announcing a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, the first in Hewlett Packard Enterprise's fiscal year 2022, payable on or about January 7, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 10, 2021. Each quarterly dividend must be declared by the Board of Directors out of legally available sources prior to payment.
