On March 6, 2023, Grindr Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press
release and posted a shareholder letter to its website announcing
its financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter ended December
31, 2022 and year ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the Company’s
press release dated March 6, 2023 and the shareholder letter dated
March 6, 2023 are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2,
respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
