Globant S.A. (the “Company”) held
its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on April 3, 2020 (collectively,
the “General Meetings”). At the General Meetings, the Company’s shareholders voted on all the matters submitted
to them, which are described in the Company’s report on Form 6-K submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission on March
10, 2020. Each matter voted upon was approved by the Company’s shareholders, except for Item 2 on the Agenda of the Extraordinary
General Meeting.
