(b) Departure of Officers
On March 5, 2020, the board of directors of GoDaddy Inc. (the “Company”) determined James Carroll will no longer be deemed an executive officer of the Company for purposes of Item 401 of Regulation S-K and Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, effective immediately. Mr. Carroll will continue with the Company in the position of President of International Independents Business and will report to Andrew Low Ah Kee, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.
