Explanation of Responses:
(1)  The reporting person irrevocably contributed FactSet Research Systems Inc. ("FactSet") Common Stock to an exchange fund in exchange for shares of the exchange fund. The transaction with the exchange fund closed on September 19, 2019, pursuant to an agreement dated July 10, 2019 between the reporting person and the exchange fund. The FactSet Common Stock was valued at $282.86 per share for the purposes of determining the number of shares of the exchange fund issuable to the reporting person with respect to the September 19, 2019 closing of the exchange fund.
(2)  The price per share assessed by the exchange fund for the FactSet Common Stock was based on the closing price as of September 18, 2019, the day before the exchange fund transaction closed, reduced by an exchange fund management fee.
