Ref: EDENOR S.A. – Material Fact

Dear Sirs,

I hereby address you on behalf of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (EDENOR) (“Edenor S.A.” or the “Company”) pursuant to the applicable regulation, in order to inform that today the Company agreed with the Government Secretary of Energy to maintain during the six month period initiated on August 1^st 2019, the tariff schedule in force prior to the beginning of said period for all tariffs categories.

Therefore, the upgrade of the Own Distribution Cost corresponding to August 1^st 2019 will be applied up to a maximum amount equivalent to that received by this Concession Holder during the immediately preceding six-month period in concept of recovery of the deferral of the previous semester, and the resulting difference will be recovered as from year 2020 in seven (7) monthly and consecutive installments, adjusted by Own Distribution Cost.
