Ecolab President, Chief Operating Officer Handley to Retire

Ecolab Inc. (ECL) on Monday said Thomas Handley, president and
chief operating officer, will retire later this year.
The St. Paul, Minn., water, hygiene and energy technologies
company said Christophe Beck will succeed Mr. Handley as president
and chief operating officer, effective April 1.
Mr. Beck, who joined Ecolab in 2007, is currently executive vice
president and president of the company's global industrial
group.
Ecolab said Mr. Handley, who joined the company in 2003 and has
been president and chief operating officer since 2012, will lead
the work on the company's planned spinoff of its energy-services
upstream business until his retirement.
