On January 17, 2020, CenturyLink, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had (i) agreed on January 16, 2020 to sell $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of its newly-issued 4.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 in a private offering that will not be registered under the Securities Act of 1933, and (ii) taken certain specified steps to amend its outstanding senior secured credit facilities. That press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.
