Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On February 16, 2022, Compass, Inc. (“Compass”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) and will hold a conference call announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibits 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
