On February 5, 2020, Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) filed an 8-K announcing that the 2020 annual meeting of stockholders would be held at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at the offices of Reed Smith LLP located at 599 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York 10022. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, to protect the health and safety of our stockholders, the annual meeting has been moved to a completely virtual meeting accessible to stockholders via instructions included in the Company’s proxy materials filed today.
